In this responsible role, you design the technical development of our building and plant infrastructure at two central corporate locations (Berlin-Moabit and Neuruppin). As a project engineer (m/w/d), you are the first respondent for internal stakeholders from R&D, application technology, production and laboratory as well as for external service providers. With your engineering know-how, you plan and realize extensions and new investments in building, supply and plant engineering – thus ensuring the performance of our research and production environments. Travel activities between Berlin and Neuruppin: about 20–25 %.

Your responsibility Management and implementation of technically demanding projects at the interface of building, plant, electrical and air conditioning and ventilation technology Perception of classic building tasks in the context of project management Planning, monitoring and supervision of technical equipment for new, re- and extension measures – from design to acceptance Control of external service providers, including supply management, quality control, acceptances and technical visits Consultation in questions of process, process and supply technology Creation and monitoring of cost, time and resource plans Support in health-safety-environmental issues (e.g. risk assessments, management of change) Support of plant operators in maintenance and maintenance of technical facilities at both locations

Complete engineering studies, ideally in electrical engineering, supply technology or air conditioning and ventilation technology Experience in the management of technical projects and well-founded method skills in project management driving licence class B Advantage: Experience in building or designing research, laboratory or production plants Required: knowledge of chemical process engineering or chemical production Embossed result orientation, readiness to change and a hands-on mentality High technical curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative solutions Very good knowledge of German and English; safe handling of MS Office Willingness to cross-site work (Berlin/Neuruppin) and participation in team readiness Sovereign communication strength and professional stakeholder management at eye level
