Specialist Procurement Sustainability & Import Compliance part-time with 20 hours (m/f/d)

1. Care obligations / Supply Chain Act (LkSG) You implement the centrally specified due diligence requirements from the Supply Chain Care Commitment Act (LkSG) as well as other sustainability standards for all Martin Braun Group shopping areas. In case of supplier queries, risk indicators and data records, you take the operational coordination. You will ensure complete, up-to-date and continuous documentation according to the central standards. You integrierst LkSG‐ and further sustainability requirements in the procurement processes Two. Sustainable raw materials & certifications

You coordinate certificates such as RSPO, UTZ or similar standards and provide the necessary documentation You support the preparation and implementation of sustainability audits. You make sure that proofs and documents are stored in full, comprehensible and audit-proof. 3. Customs & import documents When importing relevant raw materials, you will support by collecting and coordinating customs documents. With logistics, forwarding and internal areas, you agree to ensure complete and correct import documents

Completed studies in BWL, SCM, sustainability management or commercial training with comparable experience. Knowledge of the handling of certificates, audits or supplier documents is helpful. Understanding certification systems in the raw material sector or readiness to quickly incorporate them. Very good analytical skills and structured, independent working. Safe handling of ERP and documentation systems. Communication strength and sovereign appearance against internal and external stakeholders. Team skills and joy in cross-departmental and cross-site cooperation. High reliability and sense of responsibility. Affinity for sustainability issues and regulatory requirements.
