Team Lead Finance (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for an experienced sole accountant (m/w/d) as a team leader Finance (m/w/d) in permanent position.

Our client is an internationally active medium-sized company based in Munich and specializes in high-quality technical components for a wide range of industries. The company has a broadly diversified customer portfolio in areas such as mechanical engineering, automotive, energy, medical technology and heavy-duty and plant engineering and is one of the established specialists with sustainable growth in its market segment.

We are looking for a dedicated person who thinks far beyond classical financial accounting, likes to work independently and actively contributes to the development of commercial processes.

Own-responsible implementation of ongoing financial accounting including debitor, creditor and asset accounting settlement of national and international payment transactions (EUR/USD) Compilation of monthly accounts and support for business evaluations and reports Preparation and partial independent preparation of annual financial statements by HGB Cooperation with external tax consultants, auditors and authorities Creation and preparation of tax reports, in particular sales tax pre-registrations Support for budget, liquidity and corporate planning Participation in audits and pay tax and social security checks Contact persons for insurance, banks and external partners Monitoring and support of customs matters Development and optimization of internal accounting processes and structures

Completed commercial training focusing on accounting, financial accounting or tax Multiannual relevant professional experience in financial accounting or accounting Very good knowledge of HGB accounting and completion Experience in the independent processing of complex accounting topics Safe handling of DATEV Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Knowledge of MS Dynamics / NAV of advantage Basic knowledge of tax law and ideally in customs and human resources Structured, reliable and independent operation High self-motivation and interest in continuous improvement of processes Communication strength, team skills and hands-on mentality
