Golf / Board Secretary (m/f/d)

As part of the secretariat team, you work at the administrative center of one of the most renowned golf clubs in Germany. You enter our members and guests, support the smooth club operation and represent the club inside and outside with professionalism, service awareness and organizational strength.

How does your task work • Reception and advice of members and guests • Planning and organisation of golf and golf tournaments • Various commercial activities • Tasks of controlling • Membership management • Marketing support

• Good communication skills and team spirit • High commitment and willingness to take responsibility • Ideally a training to/from the golf secretary, or Experience in golf game operation • Ideally knowledge of a golf management software, preferably PC caddie • regular availability on weekends and holidays as well as on flexible working hours to work • Good knowledge of English
