You support the recruiting team in the first sight of incoming applications and meet a well-founded selection of suitable candidates. You’re planning and updating the applicant database to ensure an efficient and structured application process. You actively participate in application processes and gain valuable insights into talent acquisitions and applicant communication. You work on sprint topics in recruiting and actively shape change processes and strategic developments in the team.

Personality with profile

You are studying human resources management, economic psychology, business management or a comparable discipline. You have gained first experience in human resources management and want to deepen your knowledge in practice. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and can manage data structured. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You work structured, are strong in communication and organization and keep an overview in dynamic processes.
