Construction Project Manager / (Senior) Manager Bauprojektmanagement (m/f/d)

As Construction Project Manager (m/w/d) and (Senior) Manager Construction Project Management (m/w/d), you are responsible for implementing sophisticated clean room and high-tech projects with a focus on clean room cover, wall, ceiling and extension systems. Depending on the project size, you take over the overall project management or run an independent project area in close cooperation with the technical project manager. Control of all relevant interfaces between engineering, purchasing, production, logistics, assembly and external partners as well as ensuring successful project execution across the entire project life cycle Responsible management of demanding clean room and high-tech projects focusing on clean room shells as well as wall, ceiling and expansion systems Take responsibility as a construction manager or co-project manager in complex major projects Management of dates, costs, quality and resources in the projects and project areas Ensuring efficient planning, production and assembly of clean room and casing systems Conducting technical coordination with customers and project partners as well as support in escalation Technical assessment of changes, yields and deviations in execution Support of claim and follow-up management in cooperation with contract management and project controlling Ensuring defined project management, quality and execution standards Participation in the development and standardization of project management and execution processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, civil management, economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the planning and execution of construction, development, clean room or industrial projects Best-found technical understanding in the field of wall, ceiling, extension and casing systems Experience in cooperation with engineering, purchasing, production, assembly and external project participants Understanding construction processes, execution processes and project organization Experience in handling technical changes, yields and project-relevant risks Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation High communication capability as well as safe occurrence to customers, suppliers and internal departments Team player with strong hands-on mentality Good knowledge of German and English
