You advise and accompany our managers in all relevant HR topics Senior Manager (m/w/d) of your area of responsibility in all operational personnel matters from entry to exit Advice and investigation and implementation of disciplinary matters are also part of your field of activity You take over strategic projects in the personnel sector The optimization and implementation of new and existing HR processes is also part of your activities You are contact persons for management and work with the works council
