Lawyers (m|w|d) Corporate Law in Senior Manager Position in Augsburg, Ulm or Nuremberg

Your duties

• Advising our growing clientele in economic and social matters, including corporate governance and compliance
• active design and negotiation of contracts and fonts
• Working with complex group structuring and reorganisations or M&A projects

Your profile

• satisfactory legal expertise and multi-year practical experience in the field of corporate law
• Services with a reliable and professional operation
• Team player and consulting personality
