Guide sophisticated construction projects that set standards! Your first project? – A large building site in the heart of Berlin for future-oriented residential quarters. There you work with several project leaders: in the team. Everyone takes responsibility for their own construction – this creates a powerful co-existence in which know-how, reliability and communication are the focus. Project responsibility: You are responsible for their own construction within a large turnkey residential building project – from planning to handover. Leadership & Motivation: You control your project team and, together with the other project leaders, ensure quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction. Coordination & Communication: You coordinate internal and external participants – from the client to specialist planners to authorities – in your field of competence. Costs & quality in mind: You keep an eye on the economic and technical development of your section and ensure a smooth, high-quality construction. Procurement & Technology: You participate in the selection and award of after-contracting services and bring your expertise into technical clarifications.

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable subject area. Multiannual experience in building and project management, preferably in the turnkey construction of residential buildings. Knowledge of calculation, VOB, contracting and construction. Communication strength: You convince with enforcing and clear communication. Organizational designer: Structured working, flexibility and attention to detail. Passion for construction projects: You are burning to create innovative solutions and successfully implement them together with your team.
