Warehouse Control Center Staff (m/f/d)

For our contract logistics locations Hamburg we are looking for you as: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Control & organisation: You are responsible for the efficient order processing and the smooth flow of material and monitor all logistics processes. Disruption management: You identify, process and clarify proactive incidents and initiate targeted special measures in the event of event hazards. Material availability: You make sure that all materials are available in time and in accordance with the specific requirements. Interface communication: You agree closely with the customer's responsibilities and coordinate the use of staff in consultation with the management level. Process optimization: You recognize weaknesses in the operating business and implement improvements together with QSU management (quality/security/environment). Reporting & Documentation: You are generating data from order processing and receipt of goods and preparing them for management reports and documentation of deviations. Knowledge Transfer: You are training new team members and actively supporting internal and external audits.

Qualification: You have completed a commercial or logistic training, e.g. a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, specialist for warehouse logistics (m/w/d). Expertise: You have several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and are safe to handle specific quality requirements. IT-Skills: You master MS Office routiniert; Basic knowledge of SAP is of great advantage for this role. Communication strength: You have pronounced escalation skills, work independently and communicate safely in German (English are a plus). Mindset: You work independently, think responsibly and have the drive to continuously develop yourself and your environment.
