Manager (m/d)

You take over general administrative activities as well as the cash management for the diversely organized and varied work area. You edit the entry and exit mail as well as the email correspondence The collection and maintenance of the general data is also part of your area of responsibility. You collect and maintain master data, prepare the invoice You are the first contact person for customers, guests and service providers You set priorities for high work and keep in mind appointments and deadlines. Self-recognising and solving tasks In cooperation with customers and colleagues, you can convince by your communication strength and an empathic, service-oriented way. You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a multi-year professional experience in a comparable function. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are essential for daily correspondence and exchange with our partners. You are happy to work independently and structured. You have a high communication competence and are happy to work in a team. Reliability, absolute discretion and confidentiality in the handling of personal data are obvious to you. You are safe in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ideally, you bring knowledge in data protection and in the handling of digital storage systems. A high degree of empathy in dealing with our clientele and the ability to maintain professional distance even in emotional situations You are ready to identify with the values and objectives of the Evangelical Church and its deacons.
