Component Specialist Heavy Duty (f/m/d)

In your role as Component Specialist (f/m/d) in the international business segment Heavy Duty You actively support the development of a growing market segment and drive our global ambitions. You take over the technical support for our international customers: in the Heavy-Duty environment and carry out detailed analyses and solution-oriented optimizations You are responsible for the optimization of comprehensive manufacturing processes with our worldwide customers – directly on site – and accompany the market launch of new products and solutions You actively support the development of international target markets and the establishment of a global specialist network You work closely with our sales staff:inside and create custom technical concepts and sales documents You observe technology trends in the heavy duty sector, identify market changes and create corresponding analyses and reports

Complete training as a machining mechanic:in, ideally supplemented by a further education to the technician:in, B.A. Mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in the application of cutting tools, ideally in the heavy duty, commercial vehicle or off-highway environment Good knowledge of project management and secure handling of ERP systems, preferably SAP English language skills in word and writing as well as the readiness to regular international travel (50%) Impressed communication strength, self-initiative, resilience and decision-making
