Head of Technical Internal Service (m/f/d)

General responsibility for internal technical services including about ten direct reports Ensuring quality standards, performance and utilisation of teams with a focus on high service orientation Developing future-oriented department strategies in close coordination with the management and in line with the corporate orientation Control of cross-departmental cooperation as a central interface and active support of existing change processes, also on site at all locations Establishing an efficient reporting system to ensure a transparent and targeted flow of information

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable, relevant technical qualification in construction Multiannual experience in project processing or professional experience from an engineering or planning office Competence in leading larger, ideally multi-level specialist departments and teams Impressed entrepreneurial thinking, coupled with a strong service orientation towards projects and locations Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a very structured and process-oriented operation
