In the Technical Management department, you guide the technical building equipment field with about 50 employees in the areas of heating, sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical and network technology, building automation, building physics and energy controlling incl. You guide and coordinate the field of expertise and guide the four team lines of the electrical engineering, supply technology, energy management and domestic engineering teams. Among other things, you are responsible for organizational structures, the development of the property and actively promote the team spirit. You actively shape and shape the long-term development of public buildings in Freiburg by defining technical and organizational standards. You are a contact person for overriding questions (e.g. environmental and energy issues in the area of renovation and new buildings) in your area. You have completed engineering studies in the field of facility management, mechanical engineering, supply engineering, electrical engineering, energy management or industrial engineering, and a multi-year professional experience in one of the engineering sectors such as facility management, utility technology, electrical engineering or energy management. Ideally, you have leadership experience in a comparable organization. You have good basic engineering skills in your field of expertise, environmental and climate protection as well as energy management. The related regulations/laws/ directives are a term for you. You have a safe occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement capability coupled with a very good conflict management as well as critical and reflective ability. You enjoy working with people and innovative development of new solutions in the field of sustainable building management.

An indefinite job in full-time with pay up to 14 TVöD, depending on the existence of the personal conditions.
