Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Execution of initial samples, production-accompanying tests and receipt checks incl. Use decision
• Selection of suitable measuring and testing equipment and preparation and maintenance of test plans
• Planning and implementation of product audits and derivation and follow-up of measures
• Operation of 3D coordinate measuring machines and production of measurement programs according to drawing and 3D model
• Analysis and interpretation of measurement results and coordination with internal departments and external partners
• Documentation and evaluation of supplier opinions on quality deviations
• Moderation of quality discussions and technical clarification between manufacturing, purchasing, construction and suppliers
• Supplier training in terms of quality-relevant requirements and perspectives

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Completed training on the DGQ expert on quality testing or comparable qualifications and multiannual professional experience in the field
• Knowledge of DIN standards, materials and their processing methods
• Experience in handling coatings and their quality-relevant properties
• Versified handling of measuring devices as well as practical experience in 2D-/3D coordinate measuring technology (e.g. Zeiss Calypso, gear and curve measurements)
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Willingness to work in shiftwork
• Knowledge in CAD systems as well as the SAP modules QM, MM and SD
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
