✨ Your tasks – versatile and responsible

Consult & convince* You are the first contact personin for customer requests and with your advice on our IT software solutions.

Customer retention live Together with the customer car team, you are looking for strong relationships and long-term partnerships.

Configure sales** You support the field service in offering, tracking and other sales-related tasks.

* Interface & Coordinatorin** As a central point of contact between customers, partners and specialist departments, you ensure a smooth process.

Privacy with overview You take care of customer contacts, documents and orders.

Organization is your thing You plan meetings and projects in sales as well as in the area of professional services – efficiently and foreseeable.

Research & preparation You prepare acquise talks, conduct background research and make an important contribution to the acquisition of new customers.

💡 Your profile – you bring it with

Education & know-how Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. IT system businessman/wife) or comparable qualification.

First sales experience Ideally in the B2B or IT environment – you bring practical knowledge.

Communication strength** You have the pleasure of going into exchange with customers and inspire them.

🧾 Structured mode of operation Organised, independent and with a clear look for the essentials – you will do your tasks.

Team player with flexibility** You are open, committed and keep track of changing requirements.

Technology affinity IT is not a foreign word for you – knowledge of IT management or unified endpoint management are a plus!
