Creation of value indications (market and loan values) for real estate and projects of all relevant asset classes Creation of market and loan value assessments for real estate and projects of all relevant asset classes including Market and object rating Project assessments and building control Considerable opinions on property-specific topics such as construction costs and damages, oldloads or renovation concepts Assessment of rights and utilities

Completed degree with real estate, technical or economic degree course Successful completion of the certification HypZert or comparable qualification ( alternatively HypZert S or timely approval requirement given for certification HypZert F) Professional experience in the field of real estate assessment including well-founded knowledge in the determination of market and asset values as well as the assessment of complex projects about all object types including Management real estate Knowledge of the regionally relevant real estate markets Embossed, Analytical and Abstract Thinking Power High orientation towards internal and external customers High performance Self-employed working at the same time with high team capacity Structured, efficient and reliable operation Flexibility with regard to work, depending on the given requirements German and English knowledge in word and writing
