Team Lead Property Underwriting Mid-Market (m/f/d)

Your new role at the Frankfurt, Munich or Kornwestheim site includes the management and further development of an experienced team of Property Underwritern in the South Region Controlling the Mid-Market Sach Portfolio is one of your exciting tasks and you help in developing the portfolio analysis You support the team with your expertise in risk assessment, calculation and inventory management in cooperation with sales, risk engineering, underwriting service and claims Market developments are constantly being observed by you, while you identify measures to ensure short and long-term success You love driving things forward and developing. A completed economic study, also of an engineering type, or alternatively a comparable training with corresponding experience Ideally multi-year leadership experience, combined with a strong sense of team management, motivation and change management Multiannual professional experience in the underwriting of demanding Sach‐Risikens Embossed service and customer orientation, team skills, negotiation skills, confident appearance and high persuasiveness Proactive, independent working style and a very good analytical and process-oriented way of thinking Very good knowledge of English and readiness to travel - mainly within Germany
