You are responsible for the implementation of a multi-year large-scale project for the renewal of a composite core system, planning dates, resources and expenses You identify risks and ensure regulatory requirements You establish communication channels and regular reporting You run project teams, control the implementation and ensure the quality of the project performance You monitor the project progress, perform plan-actual balances and are responsible for the project's cost management You initiate the project completion including documentation and transfer of the project contents to the operation

Multiannual experience in managing large transformation projects in composite insurance Funded knowledge in project and process management Ideally knowledge of inventory management and damage management and insurance distribution of a composite insurer Embossed communication and leadership skills, conflicting and decision-making Ability to Risk Analysis and Compliance Funded experience in resource planning and cost management
