Werkstudent L&D - Technology & Innovation (m/f/d)

As a working student:in L&D Technology & Innovation (m/w/d), you support the introduction and further development of modern technology solutions in the Learning & Development Team and actively shape the digital transformation of employee development. Learning Technology: Support for the introduction and development of Learning Technologies with a focus on a new global learning experience platform. Transformation: Working with strategic L&D technology projects, in particular about learning, talent and performance systems – from requesting, testing and analysis to change measures. Communication: creation of management presentations, communication and enablement materials for different target groups. Project Management: Takeover of project management and PMO tasks such as reporting, progress tracking, data processing and organizational coordination. Innovation & AI: Identification, testing and promotion of innovation through the use of AI tools, analysis of trends and preparation of best practices in the learning environment.

You are studying economics, business informatics, psychology, human resources management, communication sciences or a comparable degree programme You are passionate about digital technologies, learning & development as well as the possibilities of artificial intelligence and enjoy learning new things You work structured, analytic and self-responsibility, bring a high self-initiative and have ideally already gained first experiences with learning platforms, AI tools, power apps or comparable technologies You have very good knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel and can prepare data, information and content according to target groups and convincingly You can communicate safely in English and German and understand how to prepare content for different target groups.
