Social pedagogical diagnosis and multi-perspective assessment of resources, burdens and development needs Intensive individual case work and educational advice with systemic and family-related views Crisis intervention and flexible support for special requirements in the agreed order framework Planning and implementation of social pedagogical group offers and thematic workshops Outpatient follow-up after stationary assistance and monitoring of transitions in more independent forms of life Support planning and documentation as well as preparation of technical assessments and reports Cooperation with youth offices, families, stationary teams and departments in the social area In the area of flexible educational assistance, you develop individual support offers that are oriented towards the respective needs. You accompany families and young people in everyday life, conduct social pedagogical diagnosis and individual case work, advise on personal and family challenges and support in crises. Complete study of social work or social education or comparable pedagogical qualification Professional experience in child, youth and family support as well as independent individual case work Knowledge of social pedagogical diagnostics, help planning, child protection and crisis intervention Systemic, resource-oriented and participative attitude as well as ideal experience in educational advice Secure written documentation and professional handling of youth offices and cooperation partners Self-employed and reflected working with team orientation and flexibility in different case requirements Class B driving licence for looking activities and follow-up The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
