Tasks

independent preparation of the bill of charges in cooperation with an external service provider, taking into account the tax, social insurance and labour law provisions -Update of payroll documents (e.g. insurance data, deductions, changes, etc.) -Contribution and settlement of additional operational benefits (bAV, pension payments, etc.) in close cooperation with external service providers -Association partner in all questions about pay billing

• Personal master data management as well as administrative processing of employees' entry and exits in Workday

Requirements profile

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in business management -Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the field of staff with a focus on wage and salary accounting -Advanced MS Office Knowledge

-Good knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of German in word and writing
