They plan, organize and coordinate projects including resource, task and budget planning as well as monitoring and reporting. They ensure efficient and smooth communication between all internal and external project participants and convince with your presentation and negotiation skills. They provide professional support to the participants and ensure that they respond to needs and integration. They ensure the continuous quality of project work and evaluate results for targeted further development. They build strategic cooperations, maintain existing partnerships and continuously develop the network. They take into account the needs of different target groups and act sensitively in dealing with various cultural backgrounds. They bring experience in cooperation with volunteers and promote their integration into project work. They document project progress in a structured manner and prepare information to be addressed. They coordinate project-related measures targeted and ensure effective implementation.

A successfully completed study in the field of pedagogy, Geragogics, Gerontology, Administrative Law, Social Work, Social, Health, Politics or Humanities – or a comparable qualification. Experience in project management, ideally in social, educational or community-oriented contexts. Knowledge of the planning, organization and implementation of complex projects. Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with various target groups and cooperation partners. Intercultural competence and sensitivity in dealing with various social backgrounds.
