Dual Bachelor of Arts Program in Management & Digitalization (w|m|d) – Duisburg (August 1, 2027)

During your 3.5-year dual study, you work at our site in Duisburg on 3 days a week. On the other two days you will study at the FOM in Düsseldorf. From the first day on, you are part of the team and actively participate in the tasks of your home department. You bring your ideas into cross-departmental projects. We teach you everything important about process and project management and other tasks. Your students are always at your side and help you get better with regular feedback talks. You participate in digital training and seminars in our Academy.

You have an apprenticeship or an apprenticeship with an economic orientation. As you have customer contact during your dual study (by phone & e-mail), we recommend a very good German level (C2 or native language level). You're open-minded and like to have contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your first priority. Many doors are open to you in the long term, e.g. as a process manager.

After your 3,5-year degree, you will receive a Bachelor degree, valuable professional experience included. You will receive €1,400 in the first year, in the second. Year 1.470 €, 3. Year €1.550 and €1.640 in the 4th year. We'll pay the tuition fees. You have 30 days vacation a year. In agreement with your leadership, you can work in the home office after your first 12 months. You will receive an educational grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer).
