Disciplinary & technical management of the transport department with the areas of MRP (lines and Charter International) Control of the workflow and coordination of holiday planning of employees Continuous development of the area through action plans, improvement of structures, based on statistics and implementation of these, in consultation with the branch management Examination of unfinished tours and control of delivery quality (Service Excellence) Analysis of monthly results and responsibility for sales and earnings in the field, with report to the branch management

Completed commercial training in the field of forwarding & logistics services or comparable training/studies in the field of transport and logistics Finded experience in the disposition within a forwarding and knowledge of partial and complete loads as well as collective goods traffic First leadership experience as well as ability to motivation and advance the team Strong understanding of cost structures and KPIs Impressed communication and enforcement strength, service orientation and initiative Hands-on mentality and closeness to operational practice Good knowledge required
