The aim of the training and development manager is to increase the overall performance of the sales team by providing the sales coach with the right tools, skills and knowledge You need for their success. By identifying problems with training materials and implementing necessary improvements, the sales trainer is responsible for maximising the effectiveness of the company's sales training program, which in turn promotes the entire sales operation. We look forward to hearing from you! You will train the sales team to improve its skills With your skills, you support and coach the team through shadowing, group training and individual advice. You will cover the trainees over several weeks, make progress and take care of their development in the team You will also provide support, support and guidance for team projects. You support our new sales staff during onboarding and integration into the team and ensure a good start

Qualifications You have already worked in the Learning & Development – ideally in the sales environment – and have been able to gain first training experience as a coach:in or coach. Knowledge of the design and implementation of sales trainings in presence, online formats, hybrid settings or blended learning is advantageous. Experiences with modern training technologies such as learning management systems or AI-based tools are desirable. Bonus, but no need: A completed training as a business coach:in. You like to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and successfully implement projects with drive and structure. With your strong communication, you can work with internal and external stakeholders effortlessly and effectively. Very good German or native speakers
