We are looking for a training manager (m/w/d) at the next possible date for our SeminarCenter | Institute for Human Resources Development This includes, in particular, activities:

Training & Seminar Management Organisational planning, coordination and follow-up of seminars, trainings and events

Coordination with lecturers and coordination of appointments, venues and participants

Customer and participant support before, during and after the events

Sales & Customer Management Customer Acquisition and Active Address of Potential Customers for Our Training Offers

Care and maintenance of existing customer relationships

Inclusion of customer requests and further training needs as well as advice on existing training offers

Participation in the acquisition of new training contracts and cooperations

Marketing & Public Relations Participation in the development and implementation of targeted marketing measures

Support and further development of our social media activities

Support in the website management and marketing of our training offers

Basic commercial knowledge
