Your mission to the study group: Children and adolescents help to fully exploit their school potential and successfully start life. In your role, you actively shape: You are the heart & growth driver: As the first point of contact for families, you will not only organize the studio operation – you will continuously develop it. With your 360° skill set of consulting, organization and sales strength, you will strategically lead your location to success and accompany it on a growth course. Your Daily Impact: 360° Responsibility – You develop your location operationally and strategically – focusing on sustainable growth, quality and customer satisfaction. Sales with meaning – You advise families individually, convince them of the program offer and build the customer base independently. You keep looking at relevant KPIs and use them to continuously improve your results. Pure Impact – You help with your commitment to open up real educational opportunities for children & young people. Local visibility – You increase the awareness of your studio through local marketing measures, targeted actions and personal commitment in the area. Organizational talent – You coordinate your team from teachers, ensure smooth workflows and keep track of multiple parallel tasks. Living close to the customer – you strengthen customer loyalty, create real wow moments in direct contact and are reliable* contact person on site.
