Junior Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

Planning, control and optimization of logistical processes and operational processes Introduction and further development of new processes in warehouse operation Monitoring and ensuring a smooth operating daily business Regular coordination with our international customers – also in English Close cooperation with other disciplines to achieve long-term corporate objectives Creation and analysis of operational key figures and reports Planning of personnel operations as well as holiday and capacity planning Implementation of employee talks and support in the further development of the team Ensuring and optimising quality, performance and safety standards Compliance with relevant statutory requirements, in particular in the field of occupational safety, data protection and labour law

Successfully completed studies in logistics, supply chain management or comparable or a logistical training with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in the logistics industry First leadership experience or experience in managing teams Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Knowledge of relevant QSHE topics is advantageous Embossed communication capability and sovereign occurrence Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working Enforcement, sense of responsibility and initiative Joy in improving processes and actively promoting change
