Senior Operations Manager – Product & Processes (m/f/d)

FERI is a leading, bank-independent multi asset investment house in German-speaking countries. With a dedicated team of over 290 employees, we develop tailor-made investment solutions for institutional investors, family assets and foundations. Currently, our investment specialists maintain a fortune of about 64 billion. Euro, of which around 18.6 billion Euro in alternative investments.

In the field of operations we are the administrative center of our asset management. Our tasks include the mandate management and supervision of HNWI customers, KVGen and depot banks. We also manage shadow accounting and monitor compliance with investment limits. Our goal is to offer our customers the best possible service and to always comply with the highest standards.

End-to-end responsibility for the further development and control of the operational process and system landscape in the field of operations Digital Operations Processes: Independent Conception and Implementation of Practical, Cross-Sector Solutions Performance transparency: further development of KPIs and dashboards as well as modeling and structuring of business processes Product & Fund implementation: Operational support for fund requirements, product adjustments and new product initiatives in coordination with KVG, depositaries and external partners Stakeholder Management: Internal and external votes as well as presentations at senior and management level; close cooperation with investment management, sales, funds governance, IT and compliance Regulatory framework: Observation and implementation Requirements from KAGB/UCITS/AIF and MiFID II/WpHG in operational context Project Responsibility: Own-responsible initiation and implementation of (part-) projects in the operating environment

Qualification: completed studies in financial or banking, economic informatics, economics or a comparable degree programme; as an alternative to bank training with relevant training Experience: Long-term, relevant professional experience in fund operations, governance or administration – ideally in the context of asset managers, asset managers, KVGen or banks Knowledge: Very good knowledge in securities and product structures as well as in the operational fund task and in ongoing mid/back office processes Competences: Safe handling of CRM, PM, or core banking systems in conjunction with a pronounced process and quality understanding EDV/IT: High IT and data affinity, especially in work with Office365 and power tools, data analysis and IT-based processes Soft Skills: Interest and understanding for financial market regulators as well as for digitalization, automation and data visualization Languages: Very good communication skills in German and English.
