Development and creation of PLC programs with Schneider PacDrive 3 and Rockwell controls Hardware configuration of controllers, servo drives and I/O systems Programming of motion control functions (e.g. cam disks, path movements, synchronizations) Creation and project planning of visualizations with Siemens TIA portal Development of security software Diagnosis, troubleshooting and commissioning of machines and plants in the factory and at the customer
Complete study of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification Found experience in PLC programming as well as in Motion‐Control systems Particularly desirable: Programming in structured text (ST) according to IEC 61131‐3 Knowledge of the hardware configuration of controllers, servos and I/O modules Knowledge of Schneider PacDrive 3, CODESYS-based controllers (e.g. Beckhoff) Ideal experience in Rockwell ControlLogix / Kinetix Experience in the visualization creation of Siemens TIA portal Know-how in safety programming with PILZ Foreign language English desirable Structured, independent working and pleasure in team work and occasional service travel
