Senior Project Manager SAP Public Sector (m/f/d)

SAP-Public-Projects: Large IT/SAP-Projects and programs in the public sector are responsible – from the introduction or migration to SAP S/4HANA to the consolidation, detachment or extension of existing SAP system landscapes. Professional SAP solutions: The introduction and further development of SAP solutions in financial processes, receivables and levies management as well as in human resources management are your responsibility. Cross-sectional topics: You think electronic invoice processing (e.g. XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) as well as the connection to DMS and workflows in projects, and you agree closely with expert experts: inside – without having to adopt a technical specialist. Integration & Interfaces: The integration of specialist procedures and third-party systems in SAP is controlled by SAP PO/PI or Webservices (SOAP), including interface design, testing, acceptance and transfer to the company. Project Management: Complete project management takes you from planning and control to budget and risk management to the coordination of IT, departments (financial, personnel, departments) and external service providers. Management & Reporting: Decision documents and status reports for management, committees and steering committees are prepared to address and provide transparent project management.

SAP-Public Experience: At least 5 years of responsibility in managing complex IT/SAP projects in the public sector will bring you into this role. Professional SAP expertise: Detectable experience in at least two, ideally three areas such as SAP FI/CO, SAP PSCD or comparable public-sector solutions, SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA (introduction, migration, transformation programs) characterize your profile. Integration & Methods: You integrate specialist procedures and third-party systems in SAP (SAP PO/PI, Webservices/SOAP, Interface Concepts, Test Management) and are sure to deal with requirements, test and change management (e.g. SAP Solution Manager / Focused Build or comparable tools). Project management and program management: Clear project management or program management responsibility in previous roles, combined with experience in classic, hybrid and/or agile approach models – ideally incl. SAP Activate – complete your management profile. Stakeholder & Committee Management: Cooperation with departments (financial, personnel, specialist departments), IT, personnel representation, data protection and information security as well as address-oriented communication with administration, management, steering committees and, if necessary, political bodies are very familiar to you. Communication strength: You prepare complex facts in a comprehensible way and communicate fluently in German.
