Consultation of addicted patients:inside, clarification of the perspectives for dismissal, mediation in further treatments and corresponding application, contact with the other institutions and the corresponding authorities, cooperation in the multi-professional team and documentation of activity, participation in the conceptual further development

You have a completed study of social education or social work with state recognition Have experience in working with mentally ill people Pasting sufficient knowledge in the Hamburgian search aid system You are able to cooperate in a multidisciplinary team, are resilient and possess organizational and coordination skills You have a special ability to work motivatingly and actively with addictive patients: You have the willingness to initiate therapeutic groups or to work into this activity and to develop in the field of search therapeutic approaches
