Educator to supplement the coordination team in school support (m/f/d)

From 01.05.2026 we are looking for reinforcement in part-time (20-25 hours/week) for the Malteser Service in Kiel. We look forward to your application and the opportunity to meet you! Your tasks:

• Telephone, written and personal consultation of institutions, parents, clients and other stakeholders on the subject of school attendance
• organisation, planning and supervision of the school attendance service as defined by SGB VIII and SGB IX
• Professional and educational support of all participants with the use of a school guidance
• Independent participation in help-plan discussions and educational conferences
• cooperation in the personnel planning, search and management of the school staff and assignment to measures
• Professional guidance of employees and collegial support
• Planning and organisation of continuing and continuing training for employees in school attendance
• Maintaining a network to cost providers and external institutions, public relations
