KG takes over numerous and important tasks for the Group companies of the GÖDE Group.

We are looking for a company headquarters at the Waldaschaff site (near Aschaffenburg)

Projektmanager IT – Business-Systeme (m/w/d) on full-time basis (40 hours/week)

Methodological planning, control and structuring of the strategic transformation project to redesign the entire application and process landscape Development of a consistent target image for future processes and system logics in close cooperation with the specialist departments – focusing on end-to-end processes and a sustainable overall architecture Ensuring systematic documentation, prioritization and bundling of requirements along clear architecture and decision structures Planning and monitoring of the implementation phase – from system selection to implementation projects to structured introduction in the specialist areas Coordination of internal and external project participants and control of milestones, dependencies and risks Ensuring that defined target processes, requirements and architectural principles are consistently taken into account in implementation

Complete technical or business studies or comparable training First experience in project or request management, ideally in the commercial environment Understanding business processes in shipping or comparable industries, experience with ERP, CRM or PIM systems is a plus Interest in the topics in the mentioned area of responsibility – knowledge building and practical experience take place within the framework of ''Learning on the Job'' Basic technical understanding and IT affinity Embossed communicative skills and moderation strength, very good German knowledge in word and writing Economic thinking, cost awareness and a structured, proactive way of working
