Real Estate Officer (m/f/d)

Without you, it doesn’t work – you support property projects and evaluate property-related issues with regard to environmental protection, economics and legality. Your support makes the difference – you can participate in the creation and testing of purchase, rent, lease and use contracts, thereby reliably keeping in mind deadlines and appointments. You have an overview – you monitor compliance with contractual obligations by users and contract partners and ensure transparency and reliability. You will ensure a smooth process – through the creation of sound decision bases and meaningful presentations for internal bodies such as the Executive Board, branch management or management. Your eye sees everything – you care and update lying data in the company's own software and ensure complete, revision-proof documentation. Your ideas and opinions count – you actively contribute to the further development of digital processes, for example in the optimization of workflows, documentation paths or specialist procedures.

(m/w/d), real estate agent (m/w/d), administrative specialist (m/w/d) or comparable commercial training. With a successfully completed degree in law, you are also well prepared for the challenges ahead. Ideally, you already bring interest or first experience in the property management – but we also like to support you when entering the area. You're fit in MS Office. Communication strength, paired with fun in interaction with colleagues, as well as independent, structured and responsible working methods are all yours. Your strengths include organizational ability and proactive and solution-oriented thinking. You are ready for occasional outside dates and have a valid class B driving license.
