Together we are looking for the Head of Development and Construction (m/w/d), who feels comfortable in an environment that consists of two thirds of user-related adaptation of existing products and one third of new developments. Here you will still find plenty of space for ideas and design. As a managing employee and partner of the managing director, you have a 13-headed, dedicated team.

In the overall responsibility of the development and construction department you report directly to the responsible management. They assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for the development and construction team. Essentially, you are responsible for managing and monitoring the handling of customer, construction and development projects, and you act in a targeted, cost- and timely manner. They are responsible for the selection and coordination of development partners and subcontractors, as well as the management of customer and supplier discussions. They enjoy the co-design of the product portfolio in cooperation with sales and product management as well as the continuous development of the processes and systems of construction. They are participants in the GF/Guiding Team Sessions.

Complete degree course Mechanical Engineering FH/TU (Master, Bachelor) with focus on construction, calculation or comparable qualification. Valid professional experience in machine, plant or special machine construction, or similar dynamically stressed modules. Good expertise in steel construction, hydraulics, mechanics, electrical engineering is of advantage. Practice-oriented, experienced leaders with pragmatic principles. Knowledge of project management and the application of leadership tools. Methods of solution- and cost-oriented, analytical and structured methods. CAD knowledge (e.g. inventory, AutoCAD or the like). Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing.
