Our medical training events are the heart of our scientific marketing and take place in presence and/or online. Our target groups are doctors, pharmacists or midwives who attend between 30-40 events per year. Each event includes between 100-300 participants, two major events per year counting up to 1000 visitors. After each event, we analyse its quality and receive top reviews of our participants almost without exception: starting from the process of booking, the customer service for organizational questions in advance to the selection of specialist topics and speakers, the organisation of the event, the support of the local participants and the accounting – we have the right that every event will become a highlight for our visitors in all matters. To ensure this, our 8-person training team works hand in hand and supports each other, as a successful event with satisfied visitors is a heartfelt opportunity. You will find yourself in this description? We look forward to taking on tasks in the management of the participants, the administration and the accounting of the events. Participant management: You will process requests from the participants by email or phone for booking, cancellation or rebooking of training. You are happy to support customers in questions and problems. If there are challenging conversation situations, you can master them confidently. Administration Backoffice: You support the event managers by taking over and proactively performing administrative tasks in the department. You will forward various requests from former congress participants correctly or answer them yourself. You book the arrival and departures to the congresses by train or flight for the InfectoPharm employees. Occasionally special tasks such as the creation of name tags or the administration of office material you are happy to accept. Accounting of events: Part of our training will be charged. You accept the monthly billing with our service provider Novalnet, monitor payment inputs, answer requests from the participants to invoices, cancellations, credits, take care of the dunning and perform detective work when searching and correcting misbooking. With your colleagues you are in constant exchange and can help shape the accounting processes and systems. They have a completed commercial or comparable vocational training and have experience in customer service, sales services, event or event areas or the hotel industry. They are pay-affin and in customer contact absolutely service-oriented and professional in communication. First professional experience in billing events, congresses or travel expenses or knowledge of financial accounting are helpful. They are open to working on new software and bring good knowledge to MS Office.
