Planning, control and leadership of a team of 6–10 employees as well as coordination and support of foreign service providers Technical contact for assembly and electrical engineering; responsible for the time and demand-oriented implementation of all plants Responsibility for expertise and leadership including further development of the team and ensuring compliance with work guidelines and workflows Coordination of workflows, resources and personnel needs interface between workshop and sales; Ensuring quality and deadlines Responsibility for order, cleanliness and work safety as well as support in the installation and conversion of vehicle devices

Complete vocational training in vehicle or body construction and several years of experience in the workshop area Safe handling of MS Office and experience with ERP and/or CRM systems independent, conscientious and targeted working methods; safe occurrence and decision-making Impressed customer and service orientation as well as team and collaborative capability Experience in personnel management and ideally in the workshop management
