You are responsible for the planning, organisation and supervision of the company's training in cooperation with HR management and training tutors. You accompany our talents through their entire training, conduct regular feedback talks and ensure a high quality of training. You maintain and develop the training concept and are responsible for coordinating training marketing measures (e.g. trade fairs, days of action, school cooperation). You plan training projects, team events and internal and external training for our trainees. You organize and accompany the entire recruiting, pre- and onboarding process of our commercial employees and our trainees. The administrative support of our team in the systemic time recording and creation of contract documents is one of your tasks.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a personalised additional qualification or a completed study with a focus on human resources. You bring relevant experience in the care of trainees and in recruiting. You work safely with MS - Office and HCM systems, ideally already with Success Factors. You have certain knowledge of German and English. You are an open, communicative, empathic and assertive personality. You appreciate a dynamic environment and are characterised by an independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working. Discretion and loyalty are of course for you.
