Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Support for staff representatives:inside when recruiting candidate:inside
• Independent applicant management and appointment for personal interviews and telephone interviews
• Creation of qualifications profiles
• Designing job advertisements and certificates
• Support for staff representatives: women and sales staff: women in administrative activities
• Optional: Support for distributive activities (e.g. accompanying presentation dates or assistance in enquiry)

Your qualifications:

• Immatriculated Student: In the Department of Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology or Similar
• You have at least two semesters time to work with us
• Ideally first experience in human resources
• Communication strength and flexible operation
• Engagement and reliability
