Safety and health protection Promotion and establishment of a proactive “Safety-First” culture in all Hiab service workshops and customer locations in Germany, Austria and France. exercise the power to stop insecure practices or processes and to initiate immediate corrective measures. Management of accident investigations, causes analyses and implementation of preventive measures to eliminate workplace hazards. Quality Management & Compliance Maintenance and continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and local regulatory framework conditions. Planning, organisation and implementation of regular internal audits and external certifications (e.g. ISO, OEM audits, ...) at all regional locations. Standardization of service quality protocols and ensuring consistent implementation at all locations. Environmental Responsibility Implementation of regional environmental initiatives to reduce carbon footprint, optimise waste disposal and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 guidelines. Stakeholder Management & Training First contact for local authorities, professional associations, external auditors and customers. Conception and implementation of security training, security instruction (Toolbox Talks) and onboarding modules that are adapted to local legislation and corporate standards.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, occupational safety or a comparable qualification. More than 5 years of professional experience in a QHSE role, ideally in an industrial, heavy machinery, logistics industry or in a decentralized service network. Certification as ISO 9001 lead auditor. Recognised local security qualifications (e.g. security skills / SiFa in Germany or local correspondence in Austria/France). A NEBOSH qualification is of great advantage. Excellent communication skills in word and writing. Excellent organizational skills. Flowing German, French and English skills (in word and writing) are absolutely necessary. Ready for service trips of approx. 30–40 % between service locations in Germany, Austria and France (60 % Germany and Austria and 40 % France). You are process-oriented, have a high degree of urgency, burn for performance improvements and are service- and customer-oriented. Lean Mindset and experience in the application of methods for continuous improvement (e.g. 5S) on safety and quality procedures.
