Your tasks

• Recording and qualification of tenders and potential opportunities in the public sector
• Control of ongoing tendering projects/offering projects in their own area of responsibility and departments (usually technical presales departments)
• Ensuring compliance with all deadlines, quality and compliance requirements
• Control of Bid/No-Bid decisions in coordination with management and specialist departments
• Procurement and maintenance of procurement platforms, monitoring and follow-up of tender success, handover of won projects to project management and sales
• Extension and maintenance of internal databases and central file documents
• Introduction and controlling internal release processes

Your profile

• You have a completed business studies or professional training
• You already have first or at least basic knowledge in the procurement law (e.g. VOL, VOB, GWB, VgV, UVgO)
• You can present experiences in the field of Public Sector, ideally from the environment
• You have a communicative way, a professional relationship management with which you integrate the internal corporate network and external stakeholders, as well as an independent way of working
• You bring very good German knowledge in word and writing, paired with English, for successful communication with suppliers
