As HR Business Partner, you act as an interface between our HR department and the executives of a defined business unit and contribute to achieving the strategic corporate goals through targeted HR support However, you continue to work in day-to-day business and secure the efficient and proactive staff support and recruiting in the sense of an optimal employee and candidate experience The complete recruiting process for leadership positions (from the start of the search through initial interviews to the conclusion of the contract) is in your hands with your colleague: In the case of questions of our specialist and executives in all HR-relevant topics including work law, you are a competent contact person and ensure the process implementations taking into account the legal and operational regulations In addition, the constant optimization of our HR processes is at your heart

You have a degree in law, psychology, social sciences or economics (focus on staff) or an academically comparable degree You already have professional experience in the care of employees: Through your strategic consulting and solution skills, you draw your attention in all HR questions You work structured, independent and goal-oriented and draw your attention through your communicative nature and your great sense of responsibility You have a winning and self-confident appearance and the ability to convince people and build relationships
