You lead a team in the field of Industrial Participation and coordinate the implementation of all relevant topics of the assigned region. In doing so, you are responsible for the timely fulfilment of the obligations of Diehl Defence in compliance with the assigned budgets in this region by the project leaders of your team. You represent the region-specific area of associations and events, establish contacts with national and international industrial partners and maintain or deepen these. You also agree closely with the team of concept creation and check the feasibility of the concepts in your region. Accompanying our business units in your region completes your demanding task.

A successfully completed economic engineering or engineering degree with additional professional qualifications as well as professional experience in industrial participation and offset provide the ideal conditions for this position. You have already managed teams in a disciplined manner and have an established network with regard to industry and research, agencies and contractors. Their knowledge of English is reliable in word and writing; Knowledge of another foreign language is advantageous. A high self-initiative and motivation as well as high readiness to travel in Germany and abroad complete your profile.
