Customer Service Center (m/w/d) Your profile: You have completed training in the field of banking. Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Enthusiasm in customer contact and high service orientation High loadability, work readiness, flexibility and a very careful working procedure are what you distinguish. You are financially oriented and think and act entrepreneurial. You have good PC and text processing skills and are open to multi-media topics. Your duties include: Complete processing and response of centrally incoming customer requests and service orders via telephone, email, app, online forms etc. In case of consulting requirements, You are transferred to the customer advisor or the specialist of the house. Active Customer Address (Termin Agreement) Simple standard product sales from the Internet branch.
