The spinal surgery in the Winsen Hospital is an independent part of the Centre for Orthopaedics, Trauma and Spinal Surgery. A close cooperation with the neighbouring disciplines and the common use of resources is shared. Every year approx. 250 surgical interventions of all difficulty levels at the spine are carried out and approx. 1100 ambulatory patient contacts within the framework of the KV-speak-hour with a neurosurgical seat over the attached MVZ.

You guide the team together with your leadership and ensure optimal personnel deployment You assume responsibility for the project, especially in technical, organizational and economic terms. You act here in constant exchange with partners and companies. The duration of use of our devices will accompany you in responsibility and have all the dates in sight together with your lead. In addition, you will ensure the expansion of databases in relation to the needs of MPBettriebV. Through your expertise, you always act confidently and cost-consciously in the coordination/control of necessary external services. Through your communication skills, you perform device assignments and trainings in a targeted and interesting manner.
