Building and Maintenance Technician (f/m/d/x)

As a building and maintenance engineer (w/m/d/x), you are responsible for the entire building of our new location in Barleben near Magdeburg. With your know-how and ideas, you actively contribute to the best solution for the company and work on efficient optimizations in the team. Operation and maintenance of sophisticated technical equipment and facilities Ensure correct statutory audits as well as remedying identified defects ensuring a smooth operation of all technical installations, safety and fire protection devices, in compliance with relevant regulations Inspection of technical and safety equipment and maintenance of plant documentation Coordination and communication with external service providers and internal departments Optimization of operating and energy costs through sustainable energy management Performance of fault analyses and repairs

Completed technical training Experience as a specialist in home technology or supply technology Enthusiasm for new challenges and interest in getting to know the entire site Safe handling of common computer programs Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
