As part of your activities, you will perform the following tasks: Active participation in the planning and monitoring and the achievement of the budget Ensuring and monitoring of the quantitative and qualitative staff status: Responsibility for the service and holiday planning of all employees Motivating guidance of the entire service team taking into account the set management principles.
