Organisation, implementation and quality assurance of the risk management system Identification, assessment and analysis of risks at least at aggregate level Implementation of risk talks and reviews with specialist departments, as well as with relevant committee meetings Implementation of the ORSA process (operational risk self-assessment) and moderation of the SAOR workshops Coordination of the implementation and documentation of the ORSA and its own risk assessment for bAV societies Compilation of risk reports and other documents for internal and external addressees Implementation of risk analyses in the context of product developments, breakdowns and other subcontracting decisions Regular assessment and further development of methods and processes in risk management Creation of risk strategies, process representations and other regulatory documents Participation in revisions and local audits by the BaFin Implementation of special and project tasks
